Management Structure and Staff Member Profile:
The Branch is managed by the Provincial Director. Staff members include an Administrator, Admin assistant & Social Work Manager, five Social Workers, two Social Auxiliary Workers, a Driver, two home based carers, part-time Physiotherapist and cleaner.

Accounting procedures for all branches are undertaken by an appropriately trained accountant employed by the Provincial Office.

Volunteers:
The Association relies heavily on volunteers and is appreciative of the small base of dedicated volunteers.

DIRECTORY OF SERVICES
Social Work Services including:
• Case work, group work and community work;
• Physiotherapy services, free of charge, for adults and children in Sherwood;
• Income generating projects as well as smaller groups in Umbumbulu, Maphumulo and Mpumalanga;
• Social activities with clients once per quarter
• Transport on designated routes to collect persons attending the Protective Employment Workshop, Physiotherapy sessions and recreational clubs;
• Awareness on various disability issues in various areas such as schools, clinics, other social service professionals
• Annual Sports Day held to provide an opportunity for our clients to socialise and exercise. Races are suitable for their strengths and abilities. It’s a fun filled day that clients and staff alike look forward to.
